Our Services
Towvana provides light and medium duty towing and roadside assistance from locations in Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, Irving, Garland and Princeton, Texas. We do not tow heavy duty vehicles such as semi trucks or buses.
The Towvana Network
Towvana, also known as Towvana Towing, is a dispatch and booking service. Tows and roadside assistance are performed by the Towvana Network, a network of licensed and insured third-party tow operators. When you book with Towvana, we dispatch an operator from the Towvana Network to your location. That operator performs the service on Towvana’s behalf and is responsible for the work they do.
Quotes and Payment
We quote each job before we dispatch a truck, based on the details you give us. Payment is required upfront, at the time of booking, before an operator is dispatched. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, for example the vehicle is stuck, does not roll or is at a different location, the price may change. We will tell you before any extra work is done, and any added amount is due before that work starts.
Arrival Times
Arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather and other calls can affect them. We will keep you updated.
Cancellations and GOA Fee
If you cancel a service after it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price applies. The same 50% Gone on Arrival (GOA) fee applies if the operator arrives and the vehicle is not there, no one is present, or the service cannot be completed because of information given at booking. Dispatch will confirm the quoted price before a truck is sent.
Your Vehicle
You confirm that you own the vehicle or have the owner's permission to request service. Please remove valuables before we load your vehicle. The driver will note existing damage before loading. Report any concern at drop-off.

Limits of Liability
To the extent the law allows, Towvana is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost time or income, that come from a breakdown or service delay.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
